We strongly believe that we deliver top quality products to our customers and your satisfaction is most important to us. However, because our products are delivered as files downloaded via the Internet we generally offer no refunds.

If within 72 hours of your purchase, you change your mind, we will happily refund you upon your request, but ONLY if you have NOT downloaded our products yet.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our digital products will be handled on a case by case basis and will be issued at our sole discretion. Such requests must be made within 7 days of your original purchase with SoundGateLibrary.com
